PRIVACY AND CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

ONLYOU – EVENTS

Purpose of the Document

This Privacy and Child Protection Policy (“Policy”) defines the principles of personal data processing and the standards for the protection of children and minor users of the ONLYOU – EVENTS application.
This document constitutes a supplement to the general Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the application and has been prepared in accordance with the current requirements of the Google Play Store.
The main purpose of the Policy is to prevent the sexualization, exploitation, and abuse of children and the violation of their rights, as well as to ensure a safe digital environment.

Application Status and Minor Users

The ONLYOU – EVENTS application is available to underage users exclusively under parental supervision or the supervision of a legal guardian, in accordance with Google account settings and local legal regulations.
The Administrator does not design application functions to encourage children to access content of a sexual, dating, or erotic nature.
All social features are subject to additional moderation and control mechanisms in the case of minor accounts.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSAE)

1. The following are strictly prohibited within the application:

sexual exploitation of children,
sexualization of the image of children,
publishing, transmitting, storing, or sharing content of a pedophilic nature,
inducing minors to engage in conversations or activities of a sexual nature,
trafficking in materials involving children.

2. The prohibition applies in particular to:

photos, videos, graphics, or descriptions of a sexual nature involving persons under 18 years of age,
suggestive comments, emojis, proposals, or role-play of a sexual nature,
attempts to move conversations with children outside the application for the purpose of exploitation.

Child Safety Standards

The Administrator implements and maintains the following standards:

1. Prevention

clear community rules prohibiting CSAE,
designing application functions in a way that minimizes the risk of abuse,
absence of advertisements and sexual content targeted at children.

2. Detection

automated and manual content moderation mechanisms,
analysis of user reports,
the ability to report a user, content, or conversation.

3. Response

immediate blocking of accounts violating the rules,
removal of prohibited content,
reporting violations to the appropriate authorities if required by law.

4. Cooperation

cooperation with Google Play and law enforcement authorities in cases required by law,
responding to CSAE reports without undue delay.

Personal Data of Children

1. The Administrator does not knowingly collect children’s personal data for marketing purposes.

2. Data processed in the case of minor users is limited to the minimum and used solely for the purpose of:

ensuring the functionality of the application,
protecting safety and security,
fulfilling legal obligations.

3. A parent or legal guardian has the right to:

access the child’s data,
request its correction or deletion,
restrict the processing of data.

Reporting Violations and Illegal Content

1. Every user may report:

content violating the rights of a child,
suspected sexual exploitation,
inappropriate behavior towards minors.

2. Reports may be submitted:
directly in the application (the “Report” function),

3.Reports concerning CSAE are treated with priority.

Consequences of Violations

1. Violation of child protection rules results in:

immediate removal of content,
permanent blocking of the account,
forwarding information to the appropriate authorities if required by law.

2.The Administrator applies a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE.

Compliance with Google Play

1. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with:

Google Play Developer Program Policies,
Child Safety Standards,
“Data Safety” principles and privacy protection rules.

2. The document is publicly available and linked to the application page in the Google Play Store.

Final Provisions
